Tenanted until 2031 by Pacific Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC), this acquisition comprises a net lettable area of 4,460m2 on a significant land holding of 20,236m2 in Kalgoorlie's premier industrial precinct. The property is strategically located with convenient duel-street access and proximity to over thirty goldmines in the Goldfields-Esperance region.

In the current competitive industrial market, this Trust is projected to deliver a distribution of 7.75% p.a. paid monthly to wholesale investors.

This property was acquired via Burgess Rawson and First National Real Estate, Kalgoorlie.
